Shall the White Eagle be taken back or remain?

Majority of Poles wish President Zelenski to return the White Eagle Award otherwise the Poles will take it back. My question is how come? Seriously. The pain should not be a matter of trade. Naming the ongoing in fight Ukrainian Army division with Ukrainian Upraising Army UPA is a sovereign decision for the purpose of the current situation.
